Before you book
The clinic's own terms, so there are no surprises on the day.
Consultation first
Some consultations are free. Before any laser treatment the clinic will book a consultation and a patch test, at which the practitioner decides whether the treatment is suitable for you.
Deposits
A deposit secures an appointment, paid by bank transfer or in cash at reception, and comes off the treatment cost. Without a deposit a slot is held for 24 hours.
Cancellations
The clinic asks for 72 hours' notice to cancel or move a treatment or a consultation. With that notice, the deposit is refunded on request, or kept as credit towards a future treatment.
Consent
After your consultation you read and sign a consent form. It records that you considered the possible outcomes and the medical risks – it is not a formality.
Age
No treatment is given under 18 without parental consent and presence, and injectables and laser tattoo removal are never given under 18. ID may be asked for. The youngest age treated at all is 12, always with a parent or guardian present.
Results and refunds
Results cannot be guaranteed. Managing any side effects or complications is included in the cost of the procedure. The clinic may decline a treatment its clinician judges inappropriate.
